Job Description
Part time bookkeeper for well established, 8 person, commercial architectural firm to work minimum of 2 days per week but may vary. Proficiency with Quickbooks required. Candidate will be responsible for, accounts payable including processing vendor invoices, check writing, accounts receivable including billing and collecting on overdue accounts, reconcile bank accounts, maintaining insurances, making biweekly contribution to 401K Plan, year-end tax package preparation for corporate accountant and annual reconciliation journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
