What You’ll Do

As an RF Technician, you’ll play a key role in calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting high-performance RF and microwave equipment. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing calibration and functional testing of RF/microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of RF equipment to the component level
• Documenting work according to ISO 17025 standards and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the Quality and Rental departments to ensure customer-ready performance
• Staying current with industry standards and emerging technologies

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in RF calibration, testing, or related electronics work
• Strong understanding of RF theory, test equipment, and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Familiarity with calibration standards and quality systems (ISO 17025 a plus)
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics preferred
