Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Show and market real property to potential buyers
Promote sales through various advertising channels, open houses, and listing services
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
