Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our team. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive equity research and market analysis to identify potential real estate investments.
• Perform financial analysis , including cash flow analysis , risk assessment , and financial modeling to evaluate property performance.
• Support underwriting processes by analyzing financial statements, appraisals, and other relevant data.
• Assist in loan origination and mortgage servicing activities by performing credit analysis and assessing borrower risk.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize financial software tools for data collection, modeling, and forecasting purposes.
• Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on portfolio management strategies and investment decisions.
• Engage in quantitative research to support risk management strategies and fraud prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufactured Home Communities is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts , including fundamental analysis , credit analysis , and financial modeling .
• Proficiency with financial software , spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent skills in quantitative research , forecasting , and financial report writing .
• Knowledge of banking , accounting , and tax experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation , portfolio management , and loan processing is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to real estate investments.
