Front Office position available at a luxury yacht toy store. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitask abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. The front office associate is the face of the office, the first point of contact for customers and the person who maintains the positive environment in the office. The goals for the front desk associate is to generate cold calling, emails, and proper customer flow as they walk by. The right candidate for this position is fun, very outgoing, positive, a people-person, as well as loves the ocean, boating, and sales.
Skills and responsibilities:
● Previous Front Desk experience
● Able to work under pressure
● Able to Multitask
● Clerical knowledge (Filing, E-mails, Phone calls, Printing, etc.)
● Time management skills
● Have Initiative, and confidence.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office filing system and ensure all files are up to date
- Schedule rental appointments and meetings for staff members
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and transcribing
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Provide customer support as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with cold calling, and lead sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant preferred
