Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our on-site team in Covina, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing recruitment, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with Avionte software is a strong plus.

Salary: $23.00- $28.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Attend daily standups or production meetings to align staffing needs with business goals
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer letter
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies
• Utilize Avionté or similar ATS to manage candidates and job orders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing or light industrial roles
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience using Avionte or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
