Role Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Wichita, KS. This is a full-time on-site role. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Your daily tasks will include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Expertise in using Recruitment Software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
