• Position: Recruiter - Healthcare
• Shift: Full-Time, In-Office (occasional travel to job fairs & schools with travel compensation)

• Core Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with hiring managers to define healthcare recruitment needs
• Manage candidate communications from application to onboarding
• Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Organize hiring events and job fairs to attract top healthcare talent
• Support diverse recruitment initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition
• Experience: In-house recruiting preferred; full-cycle recruitment experience essential
• Tools & Knowledge: Proficient communication, computer skills; willingness to follow up
