Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our client’s Operations, Sales and Warehouse teams. In this strategic role, you will partner closely with department heads to attract top talent, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for roles in operations, sales, and warehouse.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a high-performing, diverse workforce.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Employer Branding: Champion and enhance the company’s employer brand through online presence, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices for efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on operations, sales, and/or warehouse roles.
  • Proven experience leading recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $150,000
  • Performance-based bonus program - $20% target
