About The Role Role: Regional Installation Manager You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our kitchen installations across a designated region. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you'll lead field operations, manage subcontractor relationships, and oversee project timelines. Your ability to collaborate with both internal teams and customers will be key to delivering high-quality installations and maintaining customer satisfaction. Some duties include: Lead and manage regional installation operations, including supervising project coordinators, subcontractor relationships, and field supervisors. Recruit, vet, and manage relationships with subcontractors. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain quality standards across all installations. Provide guidance and training to field teams and subcontractors, ensuring they stay current with Wren Kitchens' installation techniques, tools, and safety practices. Work closely with other regional managers, corporate teams, logistics, and the Customer Service department to ensure a seamless installation process and address any challenges proactively. Enjoy a competitive base salary of $120,000, with the potential to earn an impressive OTE of $160,000 annually. About You What you will bring to Wren: You will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, project management, or installation services, preferably in the kitchen, cabinetry, or home improvement industries.
