Job Title: Reginal Sales Associate

Location: Plano, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Base Pay ($15-$19 an Hour + Commission (pay based on experience)

Join one of the  fastest-growing tech companies in the automotive industry!Logitrac is looking for a motivated  Sales Appointment Scheduler to connect with leads and set qualified appointments for our Sales team.  This entry-level role offers rapid growth opportunities within our Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage leads via phone to introduce our products
• Set and coordinate qualified sales appointments (Commission based on these appts)
• Manage pipeline using CRM software
• Make 40-65 calls per day to maintain high engagement
• Work closely with senior sales agents for mentorship
• Maintain detailed notes and records of interactions

Qualifications:

• Experience in car dealerships, BDC, or sales is a HUGE plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Goal-oriented, outgoing, and high-energy
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
