The Security Operations Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Security Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the site managers/leads and the daily security operations across the Client offices in the region, ensuring a level of performance that fully demonstrates the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. The RSOM will be tasked with delivering effective and efficient physical security operations and programs that enhance the delivery of service and customer experience. Managing a team of site managers and supervisors located in geographically separated facilities, the RSOM will ensure and verify compliance with security procedures and policies, tracks audits, and provides direction to ensure physical security requirements are met or exceeded. The RSOM also works with the Branches and the RSA to ensure compliance with Securitas and provide any coverage requested by the client. Reporting to the RSA, the RSOM works directly with management, the client, and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The RSOM will provide support to the RSA and will be the first point of contact for all Regional managers/Supervisor and the Branch.

As an Security Operations Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
