Commitment Bonus (2-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour
Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
