Flex RN - Internal Agency Contract (Telemetry Unit)

Contract Length: 4-13 weeks

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts/week, every third weekend (minimum), one holiday per contract

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit. We are looking for experienced nurses who are committed to providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac needs. This role requires a strong background in acute care and telemetry nursing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current acute care experience
• At least 1 year in a telemetry or similar cardiac monitoring unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIHSS certification preferred
• Preferred travel or float experience, and cardiac experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect holistic nursing care to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs
• Supervise delegated care and support other team members
• Implement and evaluate individual patient care plans
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Engage in continuous self-improvement and professional development
