Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Jacksonville, FL for on-site equipment pick-up and first-day orientation. Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Remote after equipment pick-up Training: Fully remote after hybrid first-day orientation Qualifications: Must reside within 1 hour commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL. Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Strong computer and communication skills required. Self-motivated, problem-solver with the ability to work independently. Flexible and adaptable to changing business and account needs. Experience Required: Medical documentation and familiarity with EMR systems (Excel experience preferred). Medical transcription or relevant experience in nursing, cardiology, multi-specialty, or billing/coding. Knowledge and commitment to HIPAA and HITECH policies for patient confidentiality. Proficiency in: Abstracting and indexing clinical data from medical records. Logging information from paper charts to EHR systems or transferring between EHR platforms.
