  • Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Skills:
  • Fast typing skills with a preference for knowledge of the touch typing system.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of databases and working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
  • Strong command of English, both oral and written, with good customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Technology: A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop, and a high-speed internet connection.
