LOCATIONS: Remote - Will have occasional in office team training

Pay:$25/hr. + Commission 

Start: November and Dece,ber 2024

6 - 8 Week Training Schedule: Monday-Friday (No Time off during training)

After Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am and 11pm EST, rotating Saturdays 8am-6pm EST and Sundays 8am-6pm EST. (Must be open to shift options)

• For individuals assigned to a closing schedule that ends at 11pm eastern time, during the weekdays of Monday-Friday, you will receive an additional $2 per hour for your entire hours worked Monday-Friday. ​(Not including your time in training)

Title: Remote hiring P&C Licensed Sales Representatives (Active Producer License Required)

Job Responsibilities:

Warm Leads and equipment provided.

Follows up on missing information to assist sales team in providing insurance products and services to prospective clients.

Attends required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license.

Demonstrates advantages of our company's products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.

Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote. •Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.

Requirements:

An active P&C Producer License and Completed CE's

High Speed Internet with the ability to plug directly into ethernet wall jack

Ability to work from home uninterrupted

Ability to identify need and provide solutions

Listening for details and ability to identify pain points

Computer and technical skills required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

EXCEPTIONAL customer service and teamwork skills.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a PLUS
