We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Remote Travel Itinerary Coordinator . In this home-based position, you will support clients in planning, organizing, and reserving custom travel experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather travel goals, preferences, and budgetary considerations
  

• Suggest tailored destinations, lodging options, and modes of transportation
  

• Assemble full travel itineraries, including airfare, accommodations, ground transport, and curated experiences
  

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding documentation, travel advisories, and local attractions
  

• Communicate effectively throughout the planning process to ensure clarity and satisfaction
  

• Proactively manage booking logistics and resolve issues to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong attention to detail and client satisfaction
  

• Capable of handling multiple travel plans simultaneously
  

• Background in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required
