• $20.50 to $26.50/per hour (DOE)*Subject to Union Contract
\n

\n Responsibilities:  \n

\n \n

\n
• \nAnswered customer phone calls and scheduled rides using the scheduling system. \n
\n
• \nEnter new customer information and changes into the system \n
\n
• \nCommunicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers \n
\n
• \nResolve service-related complaints \n
\n
• \nCreate daily route maps of reservations for the drivers \n
\n

\n Requirements: \n

\n \n

\n
• \nHigh school diploma or GED \n
\n
• \n2 years of reservationist or customer service experience \n
\n
• \nComputer literate with the capacity to learn new software \n
\n
• Ability to operate standard telephone system
\n
• \nExcellent communication and listening skills \n
\n
