About Us:

We are a professional security services company seeking retired law enforcement officers to provide security services to retail clients across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Our mission is to ensure a safe environment by leveraging the experience and training of former law enforcement professionals.

As a Retired Law Enforcement Officer , you will use your expertise to provide security services for retail establishments within the DMV area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment.
• Conducting patrols and monitoring activity in and around the premises.
• Responding to incidents and addressing security concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service while enforcing store policies and safety procedures.
• Reporting security-related incidents in a clear and detailed manner.
• Liaising with local law enforcement when necessary to handle security matters.

This role is perfect for retired law enforcement officers looking for a flexible, on-call position where they can pick up shifts with as little as one day's notice . Officers must be willing to commute within a reasonable distance across the DMV area for assignments as needed.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Retired Law Enforcement Officer with a valid LEOSA (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act) certification .
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice (same-day or next-day availability preferred).
• Willingness to commute within a reasonable distance in the DMV area.
• Must either possess or be eligible to obtain a security license in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and/or Virginia .
• Strong observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with customers, employees, and law enforcement personnel.

• Prior experience in private security, corporate security, or retail loss prevention.
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures in retail environments.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
