Roofing or Siding Installer - Optional Training for Crew Leader Position
We are currently hiring experienced professionals in either roofing or siding installation. Two years of experience is required for either trade. Cross-trade experience is a plus but not required. Possible Crew Leader Training for Qualified Candidates.

Allen Bontrager Carpentry is growing. We are seeking experienced technicians as well as developing one or two additional crew leaders to help us sustain our current rate of growth. This is an installer position with an optional career track and training to become a Crew Leader. Experience for this position is required in either the roofing or siding trades. We have a full certification program with a career track for advancement.
Optional Training for Crew Leader Position
We are seeking someone who is experienced in the construction industry, has good communication and people skills, is willing to work outside with all appropriate safety measures. Skilled technicians will be considered for Crew Leader Training if necessary aptitudes are present.
Compensation
$22.00 - $35.00 per hour plus overtime and bonuses: Starting pay for installers will depend on experience level
$40+ per hour plus performance incentives, overtime, and bonuses: Crew leaders and technicians with higher levels of experience and tenure
