Job Description

Our client, operating in the defense market, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled RPA Business Analyst to support critical defense projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to enhance mission-critical operations. As an RPA Business Analyst, you’ll develop business processes and automation recommendations to increase the efficiency of key projects, utilizing your expertise in business operations and information technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe current state processes to identify and recommend automation candidates.
  • Design, develop, and test robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Facilitate change management and implementation planning efforts.
  • Support post-implementation analysis and validation activities.
  • Apply core IT and software development skills, with experience in programming languages, compilers, and operating systems.
  • Conduct testing, including creating test plans and performing CIT, SIT, and UAT.
  • Lead process improvement, process design, or development initiatives.
  • Deliver proven results in process improvement and automation, contributing to reduced cycle time, labor, and adherence to SLA standards.

Must Have's:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree to replace work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT and information systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing deliverables and meeting timelines.
  • Service-oriented mindset focused on delivering value to clients.
  • UiPath Business Analyst Certification.
  • Proficiency with the UiPath tool suite, including Orchestrator, Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
  • Strong skills in software applications (e.g., JIRA, Slack, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Requires an active Secret clearance.

Location: This role is remote within the U.S.

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
