Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of automation solutions.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for deployed bots.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine automation requirements.
Maintain documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and test cases.

Qualifications:

Experience in RPA development.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience working with SQL databases and API integrations.
Understanding of process analysis, optimization, and automation best practices.
Experience in OCR, machine learning, and AI-driven automation.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Certification in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience integrating RPA with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of BPM tools such as Appian or Pega.
Exposure to AI, NLP, and cognitive automation technologies.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
