Role: RPA Developer

Location: Austin, TX | Cupertino, CA
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere 360, Python, and database optimization . The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and debugging . This role requires hands-on development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring they align with business processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in process reviews to gain a deep understanding of workflows before automation.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 .
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure automation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage Automation Anywhere Control Room activities, including workflow queues, device pools, and credential lockers .
  • Integrate RPA solutions with external applications using APIs .
  • Debug and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation , including specifications and user manuals .
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards .
Required Competencies & Skills: Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere 360 RPA development.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for scripting and automation.
  • Expertise in database optimization and SQL query development .
  • Experience in API integrations to connect RPA with third-party applications.
Support & Communication:
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting automation issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to document technical processes and provide user support.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise systems like SAP and Snowflake .
  • Familiarity with large-scale data reporting and data visualization tools .
