Senior RPA Developers with Expertise in Automation Anywhere
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Type: Contract

We are looking to build a team that includes an Architect and multiple experienced Automation Anywhere Developers with 2-5+ years of strong, real-world experience in Automation Anywhere Development.

The RPA Developers will be responsible for the successful design and development of RPA solutions. This role will focus on designing and developing Intelligent Automation solutions that leverage AI, Machine Learning, and RPA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate customer business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
• Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
• Participate in process reviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of processes prior to automation.
• Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimations, and define delivery strategies and plans.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions.
• Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities.
• Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout the stabilization phase.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Intelligent Automation or RPA solutions.
• Minimum of 7-9+ years of overall IT development experience.
• Prior hands-on RPA development experience with Automation Anywhere 360.
• Proven competency and experience in managing significant and effective scaled deployments.
• Proficient in process assessments and understanding the applications of RPA in various business domains.
• Strong experience in Bot development, Automation Anywhere architecture, RPA governance, process standardization, and the use of RPA in different business functions such as Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. Familiarity with macOS is preferred.
• Strong experience in Automation Anywhere integration/interface with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF, and websites.
• Automation Anywhere experience is a must-have skill set for this position.

Additional Responsibilities:

• 5-6 years of experience in RPA as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer/Architect.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Solution Architect, if applicable.
• AA version 11 and AA2019 certified advanced developer certification.
• Overall 8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, including the aforementioned experience.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing interactions.
