Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the design, development, testing and delivery of efficient and resilient intelligent automation solutions. Creates automation autonomously with minimal help needed from peers. Works alongside other automation developers, automation consultants and business Customers to ensure understanding of the business process being automated. Responsible for creating a solid technical design, defining expected test results, developing automation code and ensuring successful delivery to production. Builds efficient and resilient automation to address simple to moderately complex business processes. Works closely with the automation consultants and our internal business Customers to assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective. Leverages solid problem solving and technical skills to design and develop optimal solutions. Partners with appropriate automation, application, solution and enterprise architects in review and optimization of automation. Ensures proper secure coding standards, change management, testing, security, audit and compliance guidance is followed and documented. Conducts automation code peer reviews. Provides input for continuous improvement of coding standards and solutions. May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders. Additional Job Description - Education; Experience; Licensing/Certification; Physical Abilities; Other Qualifications Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Advanced level experience, in depth and strong reaching knowledge in: Leveraging a market-present automation tool to design, build, test and deliver intelligent automation solutions. SQL, Python, or equivalent coding and package creation languages. Translating business requirements into efficient and resilient code. Intermediate: Extracting information from and storing information in databases using SQL. Customizing automation process steps through programming. Writing scripts to automate tasks and remove/diminish manual steps. Beginner: Utilizing public cloud services from AWS or Azure, as needed to integrate/host IPA solutions. Interacting with APIs to extract/store information or utilize shared services. DevOps concepts and tooling to accelerate feature delivery. Licensing/Certification: N/A Physical Abilities: Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
