Results Driven REI is a performance-driven real estate education company that helps entrepreneurs build and scale profitable businesses through structured systems, proven strategies, and high-level coaching. Our founders have built multi-million-dollar real estate companies and now mentor others using the same operational playbooks.
We are not a traditional education company. We operate with urgency, excellence, high standards, and a deep commitment to measurable results. Every team member plays a direct role in helping our clients transform their businesses — and their lives. If you’re looking for a place where your work truly matters, where performance is recognized, and where growth is the expectation, you will thrive here.
About the RoleWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative (Setter) to join our high-performing sales organization. As an SDR, you are the first line of communication with prospective clients — individuals who have already shown interest in our programs and are actively seeking guidance on how to grow their real estate businesses.
This role requires someone who can listen, identify real needs, create trust quickly, and set strong, qualified appointments for our Client Acquisition Specialists. You will become an expert in understanding our ideal client, recognizing their challenges, and positioning our team to provide solutions.
This is not a scripted, high-volume call center position. This is a role for someone who wants to master the art of communication, influence, and problem-solving — and build a long-term career in sales. You will be trained, developed, challenged, and supported as you grow into higher-level roles within the company.
