Our three hotels in Erlanger, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio are seeking a top performing Hotel Sales Manager!

Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Sales Manager include:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue for all assigned hotels.
  • Identify and target key markets (corporate, leisure, group, airline, government, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Negotiate and secure group bookings, corporate accounts, and long-term stays.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business meetings to generate leads.
  • Conduct cold calls, site visits, and sales presentations to attract new business.
  • Prepare and negotiate corporate contracts, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and group agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing guidelines.

What We are Looking for in a Hotel Sales Manager include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with handling contracts, reports, and sales documentation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with previous experience in client communication, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive guest relations.
  • Familiarity with hotel sales software such as other property management systems is a plus.
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, banquets, or group bookings is beneficial.
  • Experience with social media, promotional campaigns, or local business outreach can be helpful for attracting new clients.
