About Us:

We are a leading company in pet care and grooming, operating both in-store salons and fully equipped mobile grooming vans that bring professional, safe, and convenient services directly to our clients’ doors.

We are seeking a Salon Manager who is passionate about animals and skilled in leadership, organization, and customer service to oversee and coordinate both the salon and mobile grooming teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for both the salon and mobile grooming vans.
• Coordinate schedules, routes, appointments, and workload distribution among groomers and drivers.
• Ensure high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and pet well-being.
• Manage inventory, products, and grooming supplies for both the salon and vans.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate grooming staff.
• Monitor performance metrics, client satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Report results, incidents, and team performance to the administrative department.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grooming or managing a pet salon.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or route coordination (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
