Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Bayfield, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support throughout the 2026-2027 school year under a contractual arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services tailored to the needs of K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license or relevant certification.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals.
• Knowledge of K-12 student developmental stages and related therapeutic interventions.
