Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist to support K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year in Mason, WI. This contract position focuses on providing therapeutic services to enhance students' physical abilities, promote functional independence, and improve their overall educational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for students with diverse needs across K-12 grades
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress and participation
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare guidelines
• Assist in equipment recommendations and modifications within the school environment to maximize accessibility
• Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and provide necessary evaluations and updates

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state credentials
• Experience working within a school setting serving K-12 populations
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices tailored to pediatric and educational environments
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and educators
• Ability to manage caseload and paperwork efficiently throughout the school year
