Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist to support students in a K12 educational setting. This role is based at a high school location in Bloomsbury, NJ, within Warren County, with the district office located in Oxford, NJ. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to several students across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and state licensing requirements
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Ensure compliance with applicable school policies and therapy regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid state physical therapy license required
• Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of multiple students effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Location: Bloomsbury, NJ (Warren County)
• Hours: Per diem/per case basis
• Contract duration: Current school year (CSY) ending 5/29/2026
