Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting located in Springfield, OH. The position is contract-based for the current school year (CSY) and is designed as a PRN role with approximately 50 minutes of work per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to elementary-aged students in compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student mobility, function, and participation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and legal requirements.
• Provide consultation to teachers and families regarding physical therapy goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with state credentials.
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy interventions.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team in a school environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
