Concessions/Admissions: - Average Hours per Week: 25 - 40 hours
- Compensation: $13.00 per hour
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 15 years of age by opening of the Neenah Pool Season.
- Positive attitude and willingness to deal courteously with the general public.
- Ability to work with varied age groups.
Job Description: Responsible for money transactions, at the swimming pool facility, through the selling of pool passes and concession products. Primary customer service persons and must respond professionally and courteously to patron inquires.
- Sell swim passes and concession product using proper procedures for each transaction.
- Prepares food in a safe and clean manner and maintains a high level of cleanliness and safety with food preparation, equipment and dispensers.
- Perform proper business telephone etiquette while dealing with the public.
- Be knowledgeable of the facility operations.
- Be at the facility in uniform and ready to work at the designated start of the work shift.
- Maintain good communication with other staff members.
- Perform inventory control of concession product and supplies.
- Operate and balance cash register computers, while following cash handling policies and procedures.

Interview Information: - Winter interview invitations will be emailed mid December. Interview dates will take place on the final week of December.
- Returning staff will not be guaranteed continued employment, but will be given first consideration.
