ABOUT THE POSITION

We have the honor of seeing business operations for three types of businesses:Nonprofit, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI), and a Retail Store. Here in Ventures Finance Department, we support each part of the client life cycle from graduation to capital. PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Senior Accountant position is to record, reconcile, report, and analyze Ventures financial transactions and lending functions. In addition, this position will assist the Finance department with ensuring the organization meets legal and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance and has no direct reports.

This position operates in a hybrid office environment with in-person work required MondayThursday; remote work on Fridays.
Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods.
