Senior Executive Recruiter - Full Desk
Location: 100% Remote - Must be based in Eastern or Central Time zone. 

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting new business and bringing the account in, to managing the accounts, to filling the jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, along with a passion for recruiting and networking with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for executive-level positions from sourcing to placement.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit for the role and organization.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source top-tier talent in various industries.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and grow the recruitment business.
• Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full desk recruiter or experience as a recruiter + 2+ years of B2B Sales 
• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of success.
• Experience with cold calling and selling to C Level Contacts
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
