As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for leading the creative execution of packaging design, branding, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including structural designers, project managers, and clients, to deliver exceptional packaging solutions that align with brand strategy and market trends. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, an eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality packaging and branding solutions.
• Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and design strategies to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with structural designers and engineers to ensure designs align with functionality and manufacturability.
• Create compelling graphics, typography, and layouts for various packaging formats and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and design guidelines across all projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging materials to enhance Zenpack’s offerings.
• Work with printers and suppliers to ensure accurate production and color consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging, branding, or visual design, preferably within an agency or packaging-focused company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D rendering software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and print production processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think conceptually.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for sustainability and innovation in packaging design.
