We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Paid Social) who lives and breathes paid media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making an impact. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take full ownership of their accounts, drive strategic direction, and collaborate with a top-tier team of marketers and creatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and lead paid social campaign management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, driving performance from launch to scale.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic insights, updates, and data-backed recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Build and implement high-impact paid social strategies that align with client goals, whether that’s acquisition, engagement, or ROAS-driven growth.
- Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify, Data Studio, and Google Analytics to manage, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
- Monitor day-to-day campaign health, pacing, and creative performance, always with an eye for optimization.
- Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative strategy that converts.
- Develop clear, concise reports and dashboards that communicate key performance metrics and actionable next steps.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for onboarding, campaign launches, and performance check-ins.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 – 4+ years of Paid Social experience, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Strong hands-on experience with multiple social platforms including Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and an in-depth understanding of their analytics and insights tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts in a fast-paced environment while staying laser-focused on performance goals.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a major plus, you understand the pace, the collaboration, and the impact.
- Highly skilled in data interpretation, testing strategies, audience segmentation, and full-funnel performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading client calls and presenting strategies.

- Bonus points for experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or eCommerce brands.
