About the job Senior Product Designer Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the user experience, user interface, and branding of all TurboTenant products and assets. You will work across engineering, product management, marketing, and customer experience to discover, improve, and define ways to deliver value to our customers through great design. You will also need initiative. You will have the freedom, autonomy, and expectation to define both how you work and what you work on. And since we are a small but growing team, you will directly shape our product and processes. What you will be doing: Sketch and prototype in order to communicate ideas across the product organization Design detailed interactions and components that are utilized by the engineering team to build high-quality user experiences Deliver designs under time pressure Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research Expand and maintain our design system Work with Product Managers to define what is being built on a day-to-day basis as well as contribute to the overall roadmap Work with Engineers and QA to ensure the user experience and visual design matches your high standards Work with Product and Design leadership to improve how we work Work as part of the Product Organization to accomplish quarterly and yearly OKR What you will need: 3+ years of experience working alongside an entire product team including Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Product Marketing Strong interaction design, prototyping, UX writing, and especially visual design skills Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or the like Experience using an already established set of styles and components Comfort and experience leading user research A strong product and business sense Comfort working directly with our leadership team, pitching your ideas, defending your thoughts, and making product decisions FutureRecruitNet
