Who We’re Looking For:

Digital Mass is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a thorough understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. The Sr. Salesforce Developer will collaborate with team members, including other Developers, Consultants, and Solution Owners on enterprise engagements. This position services client projects, ensuring technical delivery is of the highest quality and aligns with business requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and Salesforce certifications are essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program, test, and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming Salesforce.com custom components.
  • Conduct in-depth requirement analysis that translates into technical specifications.
  • Design, code, tes,t and document technical solutions.
  • Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors.
  • Mentor junior consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.

What You’ll Need

  • 3 - 5 years of object-oriented programming language experience (such as Java, C#, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Digital Mass is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $110,000- $140,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
