Senior Systems Administrator & Network Specialist Add expected salary to your profile for insights 4DMedical is an ASX listed global medical technology company aiming to change the outcomes for patients with lung disease by revolutionising respiratory imaging and ventilation analysis. Our vision is a world in which people with lung disease have better health outcomes. An exciting role that provides ICT support across the 4DMedical Group. This role covers a mix oftechnical tasks. These include day-to-day IT support and maintenance activities, implementation of IT infrastructure projects, as well as assisting with the design and planning and delivery of these projects. This role is within the ICT team of 4DMedical Limited, and reports to the VP of IT & Security. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for evaluating, designing, building, implementing and supporting new technologies and systems to meet business requirements. Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and technical support Ensure security of data, systems, network access and backup systems. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end user devices (Windows/Mac) Provide guidance and an escalation path for an external MSP that provides service desk, workstation management, and other IT-related functions for the company. Maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and system backups Maintain network and telecommunications including telephony (Zoom and/or Teams phone) Maintain data centers which includes VMware, NetApp, Linux servers, Windows servers, AD, Group Policy Management of Office 365 and other SaaS services, including Entra and Intune supporting Azure environments Assist with any ICT related tasks as required. Experience and Qualifications Ideally an IT related degree or diploma. At least 5-10 years of relevant previous experience in ICT roles involving systems and network administration. Experience in maintaining Windows and Linux based servers. Experience designing and maintaining networks using the following vendors: Palo Alto, Aruba, Tailscale Able to build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, telecommunications, end user devices etc.) This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a fast paced, friendly and collaborative environment.
