Job Details
Tax Expertise: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of accounting and tax theory, ensuring accurate tax/financial preparation.
Client Service Excellence: Provide responsive and accessible client service, organizing and planning projects effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate closely with superiors on compliance issues, proposing solutions to potential risks.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-specific software like ProSystem Tax and CCH Engagement, ensuring adherence to firm policies and standards.
Leadership and Development: Demonstrate professionalism, commitment to public accounting, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Communicate confidently and persuasively with team members, clients, and contacts.
