Duration: 12 Months (with potential for extension)

Location: Celebration, FL (HYBRID role)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (flex between 8am-6pm). The team is on a rotation schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days remote each week.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds (In-Person/Onsite)

Compensation: $32.50 to $39.31 per hour

Position Overview: The SEO Analyst will support the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for a well-known Media & Entertainment company. This role will focus on digital media, search optimization, social media marketing and analytics for the company's Customer Engagement team. The SEO Analyst is responsible for owning the performance of SEO as a digital marketing channel, as well as maintaining collaborative relationships with web development, paid media, marketing strategy, public relations, analytics and social media teams to maximize the traffic and revenue captured via organic search for their owned online content. This role is focused on the onsite technical and content SEO growth that is both strategic and data driven.

Responsibilities:

• Supports SEO growth projects from ideation to execution across all areas of onsite SEO for our websites.

• Collaborates with partners and key stakeholders to execute SEO initiatives and projects.

• Monitors and troubleshoots SEO technical and onsite KPIs, investigating and providing insights on organic search trends.

• Manages technical SEO, auditing and optimizing website elements across Google Core Web Vitals, SEO metadata, XML sitemap, Javascript, and other search bot crawling and indexing elements.

• Works cross-functionally with Product & Technology teams in an Agile product development environment utilizing tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.

• Supports and develops strategies and tactics to gain visibility on generative AI chatbots, Google AI Overviews and other AI search experiences.

• Implements direction or initiatives from leadership to work towards shared goals as a thought leader and collaborative member of the team.

• Contributes to developing business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

• Measures and reports on organic search traffic, revenue and ranking trends to tell a comprehensive story providing key insights around trends.

• Manages time efficiently and effectively across projects and priorities to keep within timelines and meet campaign deadlines.

• Prioritizes continued learning, keeping up to date in industry best practices and implementing new and innovative tactics for SEO.

• Is detail-oriented and organized, able to manage several projects on an ongoing basis across technical, content and reporting for SEO.

• Conducts comprehensive content SEO research to develop detailed content recommendations optimizing for SEO while staying true to our brands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent work experience. If no degree, must have 4+ years of experience. A high school diploma/GED is required.

• 2-4 years of prior experience in an SEO role.

• Excels in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience managing SEO and performing detailed technical analysis.

• Experience analyzing data, finding insights, and presenting findings to internal and/or external stakeholders.

• Strong SEO knowledge and the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• High proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console.

• Proficiency in a corporate analytics systems and custom tracking utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics.

• Experience in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry is preferred but not required.

• Experience in supporting or managing SEO at the enterprise or franchise level is preferred but not required.

• Experience with app store search engine optimize (ASO) is preferred but not required.
