SEO Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a full-time SEO Specialist with at least two years of hands-on experience to join our team. This position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday and is based on-site, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to enhance visibility and user experience.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including link building and improving website authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to align SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in improving organic search results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics is a plus.
