Job Description

Located in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood, Leland Eating and Drinking House promotes sustainable hand-made cuisine while supporting local farms, creating natural and healthy food without forgoing flavor. We are currently looking for people who have a magnetic personality, that care about hospitality and is passionate about natural food and beverage. Leland is expanding our team and looking for teammates to help with the bar and on the floor. *Must be avaialble for weekend brunch shifts. 

General requirements:
- Motivated, hard working, enthusiastic, team player
- Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
- Passion to reduce waste, recycling and composting
- Availability to work weekends
- NYC Food Protection Certificate Card Holder
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines of NYDOH and
maintain a letter A grade
