Position OverviewShop Managers at Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change are selected and promoted by the District Manager with approval from the Regional Director. The Shop Manager holds full responsibility for ensuring the store operates in compliance with company standards and policies. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Shop Managers complete extensive training, including off-site programs provided by Take 5 corporate. As entrepreneurial leaders, Shop Managers are encouraged to be forward-thinking, self-motivated, and proactive in driving store performance and team success. The position involves managing all administrative duties and operational responsibilities as detailed in the Store Manager Training Manual on Rally Point.
