Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Siding Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vinyl, fiber cement, LP SmartSide, or metal siding systems and is committed to producing high-quality work with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, LP, etc.) to manufacturer specifications
Remove old or damaged siding as needed
Use hand and power tools to complete jobs with precision
Ensure work is code-compliant and meets quality standards
Collaborate with crews and site supervisors to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Load and unload materials, set up ladders/scaffolding, and assist with general construction tasks
Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed
Qualifications
Experience a plus but not required
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and scaffolding
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
