Position Overview

Provides clerical support to assigned site in a professional manner. Greets guests and represents agency as first contact person.

Where will I be working?

HS4KC has multiple locations all over Kent County, and openings occur regularly at most of our sites. We'd love to discuss which site(s) you prefer to work at when we interview you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Answers telephones calls and takes messages as needed, route calls to appropriate personnel and place out-going calls as directed
• Greets and directs guests to appropriate personnel
• Provides support for clerical functions and computer system
• Troubleshoots office machines and monitors office supplies

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year experience in a supportive role
