We are seeking a creative, driven, and savvy Social Media Influencer and Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging video content, drive traffic to paid membership platforms, and develop innovative strategies to grow our brand presence. Your expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing will be essential to successfully funnel potential customers and achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
• Film and edit high-quality, engaging videos, reels, and clips tailored to various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand guidelines and audience behavior.
2. Audience Engagement and Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness across social media platforms.
• Actively interact with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions to build strong community relationships.
3. Marketing and Funnel Management:
• Create and execute campaigns to promote paid membership sites, products, and services.
• Use analytics to identify high-converting content and optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to design marketing funnels that guide followers from awareness to subscription.
4. Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activities.
• Develop content strategies to align with overall brand goals and objectives.
• Leverage platform-specific algorithms to maximize visibility and reach.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare reports showcasing growth, insights, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a social media influencer or content creator.
• Proficiency in video filming, editing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and funnel creation.
• Ability to develop compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience working with membership-based platforms like Patreon, OnlyFans, or similar sites.
