Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a channel-specific content calendar that aligns with broader brand and marketing goals
  • Own daily content planning, briefing, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and cross-functional coordination - Track and optimize performance using analytics tools and develop monthly reporting to measure KPIs including follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to the Head of Marketing to ensure continuous growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of both organic and paid social campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
  • Identify, brief, and manage influencer/creator relationships that align with brand voice and product/campaign objectives
  • Build scalable influencer programs that include seeding, sponsored content, and community storytelling
  • Track performance and manage contracts, usage rights, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with paid media teams or agencies to align organic and paid strategies
  • Ensure organic content is built with amplification and retargeting in mind
  • Actively manage and grow online communities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor brand sentiment, respond to DMs and comments in a timely and brand-right tone
  • Assist, plan, coordinate, and execute content captures, event activations, and IRL initiatives that serve the brand’s content and storytelling needs
  • Monitor trends in boxing, fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture to craft timely, impactful content.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in trending conversations and cultural moments that amplify brands visibility in both athletic and lifestyle spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5+ years experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing roles with a portfolio of impactful content.
  • Proven track record of growing brand channels and managing influencer relationships
  • Deep understanding of social platform best practices, trends, and algorithms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Passion for boxing, fitness, and sport culture, with an ability to authentically connect with diverse audiences. -Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies, photographers, videographers, or creators - Experience in content creation and knowledge of photo/video production
